Customer service has become very slow. Last time, they didn’t even acknowledge my comments, and it was a one-way conversation with them ignoring everything I had said. They never apologize for the mistake or say thank you.

Your website miscommunicated the benefit

Your website miscommunicated the benefit of a subscriber and prescribed. Its not very clear and I was not able to receive my added on 10% discount. And I ask who is the manager above Alyssa and they never responded back. That is not cusyomer service. That does make people think twice who have been and buying blue bottle since you the company started at the Ferry building with a food cart!! That makes me disappointed of what blue bottle has become over 10% off.

Small portion option of beans is no longer available, which was the reason I’ve used the online store to get fresh coffee. Support stuff also didn’t understand that value which was the standard before
