Our package was sent to Florida instead of Nevada. It is 5 days late from the original anticipated delivery date.

My order got lost in the mail and was never delivered. I reached out after two weeks with no movement in my tracking and was only then refunded. Sad because my item (cherry blossom syrup) was seasonal and out of stock.

They send me 2x4 oz and charged me 2x16 oz. Horrible service and then says “sorry for their mistake but we still take your money and give you issues. I had to put in a dispute as they said they put 2 bottles of 16 oz. Wow. Seriously.

Need to be better with inspection prior ship items; also improve storage environment. This is first time received a product with a live bug ( cockroach) .
