Arrived dent. Contacted customer service with no reply

I’ve had many stainless steel appliances and this one changed color FAST (after two uses in low heat). I usually use a silver cleaner and all my silver kitchen ware goes back to normal but this one didn’t. Unfortunate for the price. Would stay away from this but recommend the coffee and matcha!

Didn’t solve my problem. It should be better internal communication at Bluebottle. The very first CS told me that he/she updated the shipping address but it’s still the same and caused 2-3 times delivery problem.
