I ordered 2 times so far and the only negative thing is that the bottles are poorly packaged for shipping. There is zero packaging when it is shipped. I am shocked the bottle survived the rigorous handling during shipping. Thats all. I plan on ordering again and if I see this a 3rd time. I shall show pictures. I used to working in a shipping department for medical supplies and shipping glass bottles without proper packaging is a no no.

One bag of coffee I received which has been roasted one month ago (May). It’s not fresh anymore

It’s been a while since I ordered some beans. It used to ship right away. This time,I had to wait more than a week. I also feel the quality has since gone down. I won’t be ordering again.
