I’m new to subscription and having issues with frequency because shipping is unpredictable and longer than average from other companies I’ve used. I need to ‘stock up’ a few bags and then reduce to a monthly which defeats the purpose of a subscription and having fresh beans all the time.

Shipment was very slow and misdirected once.

The order took longer than expected to be prepared and shipped

Took forever to receive my coffee.

Not so impressed with the dripper
