Return fee is too high. You don’t have many locations for customers to visit and shopping. If we can shop at Amazon that would be awesome. Same day delivery and drop off at UPS no box no label required.

my glass cup has black stains

Hi! Customer service was great, they were able to somehow resolve the issue but the product is the problem. When I bought the cup I imagined it would be sealed to carry in my handbag as a travel cup during commute etc. but the cup lid leaks. I have one from the Nespresso store that is a few years old it can go upside down and it won't spill at all. That is what I was expecting when I purchased the one from Blue Bottle. It is what it is!

Would be a lot easier if I could order and do everything from the app.
