The website is pretty clean!

The website is pretty clean! I like navigating it and finding coffees. It also can be helpful with trying to figure out how to best brew the coffee I buy from you. I think the only issue I really have with Blue Bottle is the shipping? I have to hit certain order thresholds to get free shipping which is fair but shipping takes SO LONG. Like it can take a week or more to get the coffee and shipments can feel a little inconsistent. Once I waited nearly two weeks to see the coffee. Another time, I waited about a week. Considering the price per bag and how much I buy I just wish the shipping was more consistent.

My subscription can easily take

My subscription can easily take a week after the date to ship. The match I just purchased has a “best by” date barely 2 months out. At least the log in “magic link” has been fixed.

I find the website somewhat clunky to navigate in particular the subscription area. There has been improvement, however not the easiest.
