Know i emailed in regards to affirm payment. They advise me, it must be an issue with a firm, but it is not. There is an issue wirh your website. I even tried putting $200 worth of merchandise in the cart but it just blocks the option to even try to use it

I must admit having some buyer’s remorse. I was encouraged by the reviews so much that I went ahead and bought it when I should have explored the other models first. I feel like I’d be happier with a small square model, but alas that is on me. The quality and craftsmanship is great, though I wish the plastic pieces on the top were sturdier. The light cap tends to be ill fitting when the cords come out of the notch and get in the way. ***Make sure you buy an air control valve. *** The air pressure from the pump is too much- like a jacuzzi- and will completely stress your fish out, bettas especially. Once I got the control valve my little guy was happy again. Bettas like to hide so consider buying a little suction “cave” for them to position on the side.

Customer service was excellent, but I don’t understand why I can’t get the part I need

Shipment was fine. Humidimist device is leaking water—would like some assistance on this matter. Fine looking product, but as it is new, I expected the product to function as advertised.
