Big Buttons AU

I bought the phone for my elderly mother thinking that it would be easy for her to use, but she did not get along with it at all well, so we returned it.

The big buttons are a definite advantage and the lanyard and case very helpful. We were disappointed that the middle button was not just a scroll up down button as depicted in the picture. My elderly aunt finds that one button that has to be pressed on particular edges fiddly and hard to accurately use and did sort of defeat the purpose of a big button phone. We did not end up using the SIM card as my elderly aunt wanted to keep her phone number and the transfer set up was too hard for her.

The phone worked for week and now keep saying to install a SIM card . when I put the SIM card in my mobile it works sorry can not give a high score. I now got the a desktop sim phone from jb Hi-Fi for $197. Sorry

Hello, What can you recommend to get the plastic taste out of the water. I am not able to drink the water. It is very strong horrible taste.
