Hello, What can you recommend to get the plastic taste out of the water. I am not able to drink the water. It is very strong horrible taste.

don't waste your time or money, they sent a completely different phone that is extremely frustrating for my grandfather to use because of button set up and only way to get refund is to return phone which is fair enough but that would leave him without a phone and put him at risk with his health issues and i dont have the funds to buy another one to send incorrect one back. They could of at least offered a partial refund for their false advertisement which they admitted in email they "just haven't changed photo yet"

They ignore you if you want a refund. Product is too easy for Dementia people to delete contacts and too many steps too make phone calls. Big Purple Phone is better and it has flaws, can't delete messages.

Very disappointed as there is a chemical taste to every drink we make. Have used tap water and bottled water. I would be very happy for a refund as cannot be used regards Janet
