Big Buttons AU

Cheap sound from speaker. Delay on speech as numbers are pressed. Loudspeaker isn’t load enough for people that are ‘hard of hearing’. Button mechanisms are cheap and sometimes have to be pressed twice. Will keep using it till it breaks then get something better. Bottom line…. . ’you get what you pay for’

Too expensive,not loud enough,buttons should be bigger and when we making calls, some incomprehensible voice saying nonsense.

No front protection on phone so not able to carry in pocket. Having to remove back cover to use charger is ridiculous. My husband not tech savvy so very frustrating for him as this replaced his flip phone. (Father’s Day gift) Is there a cover available to protect the phone for carrying?

I am having problems with being charged twice for 2 Phones that have been returned as I was unable to recieve coverage @ my mothers home. I returned them & now have been re charged for the phones. All I need is the original purchase to be refunded. $249. NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR ANOTHER PHONE/especially as they have been returned!!
