very disappointed with this phone as it was not as advertised it was a "Uniwa" brand that is available from other suppliers for under $100. 00. The volume was not loud enough for my brothers use, have returned for full refund.

Fisappointed that the boiling water for plunger coffee gets cool so quickly compared to water boiled in the kettle. Peter Schwarcz ph 0418363938

Hi Brennan, I bought it for a 96 year old friend and it's not going so well. When she holds it she presses the volume control and changes it, and finds the Up and Down arrow buttons too small. I'm encouraging her to persevere and get used to it, but if that doesn't work I'll be looking to return it. kind regards, Peter Linke
