Battery doesn't seem to hold the charge very long

The phone arrived quickly but I was surprised that it came from China and not your Australian Company. The setting up process was difficult and complicated. Other than that it is a good phone for elderly if they have someone patient enough to set it up.

delivery was good

I bought the phone for my 89year old mother who has vascular dementia and the size is good but having the drop down menu is somewhat confusing for her. It would be better if the plastic case could also fit into the base charging unit. For her trying to place the usc cord into the base unit is too difficult.

A bit difficult to set up.
