Good afternoon, The phone itself was excellent but I could not port my existing number across to the SIM you provided. As such I could not get the deal you offered of $29/month with Telstra. I'm staying on $35/month. So I didn't get the 12 months x $6 per month = $48/yr discount which was disappointing. Is there anything you can do to remedy this? Kind regards

Great, easy to use phone. Not ideal for low vision users.

This phone is a lot easier for an elderly person to use than a normal phone but I am sorry that the hands free charger cannot be used when the safety cover is on the phone. An elderly person cannot take off the safety cover or plug the phone in for charging

Very happy with the product. Easy to read for everyone. Small issue with no weather information available on it.
