Big Buttons AU

We bought this phone for my elderly father and it works well. However the instruction manual could do with an update too include step by step instructions.

My elderly mother loves the bright contrasting screen but got confused when she wanted to stop the alarm clock ,as see could not read the hit any button instructions or understand it I think a contrasting colour button on the side or top would be better idea as this is for sight impaired

Overall the clock is great especially the spoken reminders. The only issue is it needs to be plugged in.

Easy to read main display and battery backup of settings during power outages, which are good features. Small settings characters and numbers in Options Menu, which are difficult to read from any distance other than close-up. Good range of settings though. Remote Control is a good idea but not well designed, so is difficult to use: not a good example of the Big Buttons company philosophy. I paid for Express Shipping but it still took four business days for the clock to arrive at my Queensland address. I think they must base their delivery times for delivering to Melbourne and close-by areas. Delivery is by Australia Post, so fortunately I was able to track my parcel using their phone app. The Shop app is useless, don’t bother with it.
