Once I contacted you about the phone not working on 4G and received a reply I was not happy with because you sold it as 4G compatible which turned out not to be the case. Your reasoning for this was not my problem so was not fit for purpose? You eventually came back with an offer of 50% off a replacement which was just satisfactory.

The Shipping was the biggest issue as we weren't notified when the item was to be delivered and we were out when the Courier called. To make matters worse the card to say the Courier had called wasn't placed in our letter box and over a week later the card was found down the road in another property. Thankfully the lady who found it asked a Real Estate agent if she knew a Carrie as that was all that was on the card apart from the date that it was left by our door. !!

Bit expensive but works mostly ok

It finally works!! We had trouble with the sim card- it didn't fit. We had to go to a One shop, make calls to big buttons. But we finally got there. It has a one ring as opposed to two here in NZ. I wanted a normal ring tone for my 94yo mum. It is working for her.

Average. Only received one when I ordered two. The second one I received was an xtra large instead of a large. Shame they didn’t read my order
