It either pours enough water or it overflows. Not user friendly unless you have the correct cup sizes. I thought my 280ml cups were the standard size. It also dispatches the water very slowly. Usually got time to do something else while waiting for it.

Well, I bought this product just over a month ago. Unfortunately I can’t get the taste of plastic out of the water when dispensing. I’ve tried everything, and I still get a plastic taste in my tea and coffee. Has any one else had this problem?. Not to happy

The length of time delivery took was disappointing I also had to go in to the technology service provider to get a carrier for the SIM card-I had been told the one we had would fit
