I am not happy with my shopping experience with your company.. I got a Email letting me know one item I purchase is not available and I still have not receive my other purchase.

I was a new customer and took advantage of the 15% e-mail discount. When placing my order the coupon was not valid, so I had to wait till 9am to call customer service, the coupon uses 1,I,O,0 and you can’t tell the difference so to me my experience was frustrating and confusing

I ordered 2nd day air on Sunday and still have not recieved tracking info. I sent an email and I haven't heard back. I need this suit by tomorrow's.

Way too big - no support - and returns are not free.

I haven’t yet received one of my items. I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been 6 days.
