OLD STORE - Beach 2 Ocean

I am giving this shopping experience 1 star because my purchase was not completely received. I only ordered 1 bathing suit tankini top. However I did not receive the strap for this top. This came boxed with a plastic bag inside of the box. The plastic bag was ripped open. I have emailed customer service with no response. Very disappointed.

Ordered an item that show it was in stock and received an email that my credit card was charged and gave me an order nunber. Next day I received an email that said sorry your order was cancelled because that item is out of stock. This is a poor website and terrible customer service!!!

I bought and paid swimsuit that was not available for purchase and a week later I was notified it was out of stock and did I want to purchase something else. Never again you need an updated website that can track your merchandise!
