Prices always going up, dispatch and delivery now much slower. Clearly downgraded UPS as it's impossible to get your order delivered now without waiting days for it to come, what happened to needing something and it arriving the next day?

Love your shop however whenever I go to use the app and to pay it is an absolute nightmare and always fails. If I got to your normal online store it works fine though. So I think somewhere there’s a fault. Other than that I love you guys ☺️

Alot of the items I need is always out of stock like the poli clamps - never in stock! Alot of the jewellery is out of stock but what I can get is super quick delivery and great quality
