Barber DTS (UK)

2 boxes arrived that had been wet at some point and disposable tubes where ruined

I paid a lot for next day delivery as I desperately needed it for the next day and it didn’t come until 3 days later. Very disappointed

customer care people use very bad language

Im still waiting for a "next day delivery" 11 days later

Keep getting bug pun needles and tapered needles - third time it’s happened . I couldn’t be bothered to return the needle in last order but definitely annoying and expensive and I’m confused why this keeps happening
