The product is fantastic, but the ordering process took seven weeks, and the shipping feedback was lacking in specificity regarding the arrival date.

Excellent other than the time to ship was way longer than expected.

Shipping, customer service, timely shipping sucked I have never had an experience like this with any small business ever… radio silence when people bring up an issue or concern collars are nice but everything else needs MAJOR improvement
