Customer service has been super underwhelming. Collar broke right away, replacement was sent with the wrong buckle, replacement for the one with the wrong buckle was sent in the wrong size, and now we’ve had radio silence for almost a week about whether we can just get out money back. I understand being short staffed, however it is not an excuse for inaccurate products and poor customer service, especially at the price point that these collars are.
