It was an ok experience. My only comment is that the service operator was very pushy and didn't allow for questions and interrupted me while I was talking. Product, so far, appears to be what I wanted.

Have not yet received goods ordered and paid for.

No response to my email or online complaint.

Not liking the pillow yet as I’m waking up with a sore neck , I had to stop using it , hoping it will eventually break in

I bought the 8-in-1 pillow but found it way too high and firm - even after doing all the fluffing. Would be helpful if you could remove some of the fill to suit your needs. Also annoying that I didn't realise a standard pillowcase doesn't fit it.
