I ordered it about 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received

The pillows have hurt y neck!

I have owned a Bambillo before and loved it. I recently brought a new one and it was so uncomfortable. It hurt my neck so bad I had to go and see a physiotherapist who had to do acupuncture treatment. The pillow was far to high up which lead to the neck pain. I don’t use it at all.
