I found it difficult to put on by myself which was really frustrating as I spend 9-3pm just with my babe. I struggled to tighten the hip strap as I’m right handed and it tightens on the left side towards the left. I struggled to close the upper back clip because my arms just don’t naturally reach around. I’d try and leave it closed to put on but I couldn’t fit it over both mine and my baby’s head without it being super awkward. Tightening the shoulder straps once on was super awkward too - it pulled an unnatural way. Look, colour and feel were great, hence the 2 stars. Overall it was just not practical to do by yourself. Which isn’t an issue if there’s always someone around to help, but unfortunately not my situation.

Disappointed with the shipping - it doesn’t state that all carriers are shipped from the USA, even if bought from the Australian site. When my carrier left USA I had absolutely no way of knowing where it was or when it might be delivered. I really feel like this could be improved.

The “Warped” pattern is very misleading. Everywhere on the website it appears black and white, and since that’s the most common colour combination for this pattern, I had no reason to expect otherwise. The website also never states the actual colours. When it arrived, I honestly thought I’d been sent a used blanket because the colours are more brown-toned and look dirty rather than black and white. I contacted support and they admitted they’re aware the product images are inaccurate, but haven’t updated them. They offered a return, but I would have had to pay shipping, which I don’t think is fair when the product doesn’t match the listing. The blanket itself is soft, so I decided to keep it, but this experience has made the company feel untrustworthy and I probably wouldn’t purchase from them again.

As soon as I received my order confirmation, a meer minutes after purchasing I tried to cancel this order as I was informed shipping time was 10-30 days and I needed it delivered within 7 days to receive in time for our trip OS. Apparently this was impossible. So to receive this in another country I had to have it shipped to another state and then brought over by a friend. Massively inconvenient. The product is okay, but not worth the hassle it caused me and everyone who helped me receive it.
