Had an email to rate
Had an email to rate something I'm still yet to receive a month after ordering (placed order on the 29th Oct). You would think being an Aus website that it would ship from Aus. Nowhere on the website does it state that it's sent from the US. I have been dealing with customer service (Kristina) since the 4th November. Honestly nothing but excuses, I was told that she was following up my order as it stated it hadn't been fulfilled, and that it takes 3-5 business days to be "fufilled" I then emailed again on the 8th Nov following up our previous emails, got told that my order had been released to distribution and I'll receive tracking info within 48hrs. On the 10th I emailed again as I still hadn't received shipping info Kristina sent me the info, 9 business days after ordering). Alot of back and fourth went on I had told her I'm moving 6hrs away and it won't be here on time, basically "nothing they can do". So now I'm waiting for it to come so I can spend another $200 on fuel to go pick up the carrier, basically paying almost $500 for a carrier! I have emailed a few times about shipping I got told it can take upto 17 business days blah blah your order should be there on the 23rd Nov..... 23rd rolls around still no carrier!!!!! So I email again and she tells me international shipping can take up to 30 days this puts your order at the 3rd Dec!!!!!! Just excuse after excuse!!! I sold my pram to get this carrier as we where moving into our caravan and thought it would be better if I had a carrier rather than a bulky pram, and now I'm left without either!!!!
