Fed ex nearly lost my package, and I didn’t realise it was coming from America. A different courier option at checkout would be good, or a pop up saying ‘doesn’t deliver to your address’

Slow shipping to Australia, however customer service was great and the carrier was beautifully packaged.

It is very complicated to set it up. Not sure if it is ok to use for a newborn

Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I get a sore back and it’s not as supportive as my Chekoh clip carrier which was cheaper. I find the shoulder section uncomfortable and wish it crossed over for more support. My baby isn’t even that heavy yet… so thinking of selling and just using my Chekoh. It’s a shame as I love the colours.
