Great communication, quick delivery. I didn't love the fabric of the carrier that I ordered, but got my refund very quickly and was able to order a different Explore carrier from their range that I absolutely love.

I bought the obsidian hemp - free to grow carrier & we love it!! Easy to use, lightweight & my 3 month old loves it! The only negatives are the colour looked different online than when it actually arrived (its grey not black) and gets really hot and not breathable as advertised. All in all pretty good carrier but would try a different design and different material.
