Straw is very hard to clean and does not come apart like other cups do. Unable to clean the top straw so it stays stained. Coloured lid of the cup faded dramatically upon purchase. After just two weeks and I don't even use it in the dishwasher. Just a gentle wash in the sink. Cup is good quality but those two things, for the price, I expected farore.

You did your job and now spam me. Leave me alone. My review will always be poor when you disrespect my choices

Poor because it was a very misleading experience. The products are not what they seem online. The quality is not good & there is no flexibility for returns.
