I send email to complaint about the toddler and baby mystery box but never receive any response.

Very disappointed with the contents of the mystery box which was billed as having all the essentials for a toddler. Does a toddler really need two drink bottles that are so heavy when full they can't even lift them, and an insulated flask? Particularly disappointing when the quality of the last mystery box deal was so high, and provided exactly what a toddler needs to start kinder. Won't be buying again.

Unfortunately the bottle is leaking. When I contacted customer service and asked for a substitute or refund number (it took two emails before I received a response) they replied with an instruction about how to put the bottle together instead as if it’s my fault that the item is faulty. I didn’t receive a refund number. Very unhappy customer.
