Postage was very slow

I tried to cancel my order immediately since I decided I wanted more items but customer service was so delayed that by the time my email was seen, my order had been sent. To place another order would mean I have to pay shipping which is really inconvenient and I decided to just go without the items. I would’ve bought more but they weren’t willing to help so we both missed out I guess.
