Unable to return item. Awful customer care.

I wanted to love the company and the products, but the customer service never answers my emails and I can’t seem to access the chat feature anymore. My package wasn’t delivered and I tried reaching out to say that it was being sent back and I’d like a refund, but haven’t gotten a response.
