Did not arrive in time

I returned my purchase as I didn’t like the fit. I was told that they only received one item despite sending them both back. Customer service was friendly and quick and asked for proof of postage which I sent. But I still only received a partial refund. Only order from here if you’re 1000% sure you will like the product, otherwise you will be £50 out of pocket!

I have never received the parcel and nobody replies my email

Won’t send me a refund for A bikini I sent back weeks ago, I’ve provided tracking and had to chase for weeks with little communication. The bikinis are hugely expensive and frankly I’m appalled.

Very unhappy with customer service. I have emailed twice regarding my return and no one has replied. I retuned the items unworn and in same condition as I had received them. No proof of said stain has been provided.
