Sadly Royal Mail left my parcel in an unsecure location, so I never received the items. I've emailed Away That Day regarding this but still have not had an update on if a replacement or refund can be arranged. Disappointing, as I am a regular customer.

Terrible service and contact, I am still awaiting my exchanged items and a response via email or instagram. Terribly disappointed for a company with a standard like this and the price of each piece.
