Honestly and truly, I want to badly to support this brand, but the two orders I've placed with them have been so disappointing. When they've said they'll ship within 2-3 working days, my initial order (which had free expedited shipping due to the amount I spent) took over a week to get to me. The second order I placed was delivered to the wrong address, and then had to be sent back to the warehouse. I was exceedingly on top of this order, and was assured it would be sent to mine directly, and quickly, as I was traveling. It took almost 3 weeks after I placed my order for the goods to get to me, and was a nightmare in between, as there was a lot of conflicting information, and then I was told my order actually couldn't be fulfilled because they "oversold" products. Then the product was magically found after making a stink. There was also a serious lapse of communication, and I had to check in over 10 times in the course of those 3 weeks, instead of someone being on top of it and reaching out to me. Instead of offering money back, they sent a sarong, which I am grateful for, but would have preferred money off for the hassle and stress this order caused, given the amount I spent, and the amount of time I wasted. And the service reflected for a brand that sells swimsuits for hundreds? Atrocious. Yes, the swimsuits are nice, but sorry to say, but take your money, time, and energy elsewhere.
