Your fabrics and mission are wonderful; your return policy is crippling. You are an online swim company. Returns are a critical part of your business as women find what works for their bodies. A $40 return policy is too high to retain or attract customers, and the hidden nature of the policy loses trust. It should be explicit or amended.

I ordered 2 dresses and only 1 got delivered. Waiting for the customer service to respond.

Review the shipping service, it's unacceptable to have to pay customs fees in the EU. Really unfortunate because you have beautiful items but you should at least let customers know that they might pay customs fees to get their order.

Excellent product if the cup size was proportional with the band size. Loved the color, quality, and design. The return policy is awful though. It cost me $45 in shipping fees there and back to return a product that is of no use to me. That’s insane! Will not be returning as a customer simply because of the return policy. I recommend more flexibility and cut costs.

Not great, still no message saying return received and it has been with them for over a week. Products did not fit well very unsuitable for a larger chest, bikini bottoms met the bottom of my bra they were so long and I’m 5’9”
