Quality of times are great, the returns policy however is awful. I have been charged for an extra pair of bottoms for being ‘stained’ which I didn’t try on as the other size fit so won’t be ordering again.

I have not received my refund after almost 3 weeks. Please process.

Beautiful quality but bummed it didn't even come close to fitting my somewhat long torso, and wish there was a cheaper option for returns than 40 GBP.

I ordered two sizes to make sure I got the right one. Love the bikini and am very pleased with the size I kept! However, in returning the size I don’t need, my return fee was $43 - almost half the cost of the original unworn item I’m returning. That seems a bit excessive and I am kicking myself for even entertaining it, but what choice did I have? I’m very pleased with the quality and fit of my bikini, but I would not order from Away That Day again due to the exorbitant return fees.

Unfortunately, I never received my order. After the first delivery attempt to our local postal station was unsuccessful, there was never a second attempt and the order was send back. I am now waiting for the refund.
