Audimute

The order of the Medium Desert Cliff Rock Panels didn't turn out to be the color I viewed on my computer screen. I entered a chat with Audimute and was told I should have ordered samples first and that my product cannot be returned for a different panel. I was a return customer because of soundproofing products I bought in the recent past and was satisfied with the product. I didn't realize the products were non-returnable. Won't be ordering products from Audimute again.

Great product, but unfortuantely I had an issue with the order. I reached out about one of the panels being the wrong size on my order and didn't get an email back about it. The size of the panel received was 1x1 when we ordered/were charged for a 2x2. I offered to send a photo (although the packaging clearly wouldn't fit a 2x2), but didn't see any outreach after submitting the info through "contact us" on your website.

I haven't installed the panel yet but after receiving the panel I opened the box for inspection and the panel had a crease in it. The box was intact and it didn't look like the crease was caused by improper handling during shipping. Seems like a quality control failure. It's a 1 x 4 ft panel that will be installed mostly behind a dipole speaker to absorb rear reflections so won't be completely visible. If it wasn't for that I would have been pretty upset. Still, I'm not happy about it.
