I ordered an isolee and received just an absorption sheet with no sound barrier, the wrong size as one I’ve ordered previously. And they sent the wrong color; white instead of black.

Sound Absorption Sheet doesn't block any noise at all

Absolute garbage tape. Poor adhesion, even after aggressive rolling. We came back a few days later and discovered that most of it had fallen off. We had to come back, apply more sealant, and staple the tape into place.

Ordered 15 panels in the past with no issues. Last order 3 tries and still defective. Don’t know what changed but very disappointed. It appears they lost quality control.

Two of my panels came damaged however I didn’t notice until they were on the ceiling…. I didn’t properly inspect them as we needed to get them up in the business I just purchased. I sent pictures of damage and they blamed us which I know was not our fault. When you install ceiling panels you will find that you are working with the back so it would be easy not to notice the fronts until they are up. They tried to blame the damage on me however you will find that you have to be super careful with the panels or you will have glue all over your floor. So we handled them with care! I was hoping for some compensation for damaged product as I intend not to rip them off the ceiling and replace I don’t have time for that mess in a newly opened business.
