Audimute

I found the website confusing to work with. I started looking at the wrong product before being corrected by Corey. Overall working with Corey was a joy but the rest of the company not so much.

My first isole sound barrier sheet lasted 6 months or so. I talked to Audimute support and they sent me a 2nd sheet that lasted 4-5 months. I talked to Audimute support and they sent me a "custom" sheet from the factory that would supposedly last longer. After a couple months I could see this 3rd sheet was having the same problem as the the others. The material used inside the sheet just isn't strong enough. Over time, it gets brittle and cracks, especially where it is sewed into the outer fabric. If Audimute support was to offer me a 4th isole sheet for free, I'd say thanks, but no thanks. Unless they improve the quality of this product, I'll have to find something else. And in case you are thinking I am some extreme use case, I'm not. I would carefully put up and take down the sheet 3-4 times/week. When not in use, I would fold it up on the floor, which in hindsight is too much abuse for this low quality product. Instead, store it rolled up, but that just makes the product more inconvenient to use. Also, audimute has never told me not to fold up the product, either in a user manual or in my direct conversations with support.
