Audimute

I love the product, but the installation is very tricky. I have installed these curtains three different times, and each time has proved to be difficult. The problem is getting the screw in the wall and being able to back out/unscrew the tool provided. It always gets stuck, which means the whole screw comes out. I always end up wrapping cloth around the screw and arduously using a set of vice grips to twist it a quarter turn at a time.

Not sure about the product or if it will work for us. We are holding onto the panels until we make a decision.

Shopping experience was good, I was hoping to get more out of the iso product. Aaron

Panels were supposed to be painted on one side, but some that we received were painted on both sides. This meant we could not use our standard mounting adhesive. Customer service suggested we use nails. That would be fine in some installations but is not allowed in ours. They did not offer to replacement defective panels. So we ended up with a set we could not use. This is disappointing since these are expensive panels to begin with.

The only way to pay when ordering on the site was via Venmo and that did not work. Had to contact customer service and wait for call back to place order.
