Samples are expensive ($20) and they don’t offer fabric samples. Product arrived well packaged, but some of the panels are slightly warped. Husband is skeptical they do anything to help although I think they do dampen the sound reverberation in a stairwell leading to a loft. However, not sure if the price is worth it. Larger panels would have cost as much in shipping as the product itself, so I went with the smaller size for free shipping and it worked fine. We are also trying to lessen sound transfer through the wall since it divides two living spaces. My husband was just shocked at how much I paid. The rep was helpful in answering my questions but I do think that for people not in an industry that works with acoustics, we need a little more guidance on what is needed to accomplish our goal. Wish I could have been offered more assistance instead of quickly trying to sell me the product.

1x2 not big enough I suppose

We’re submitting because the product works amazingly well, but the construction was poor. You used black thread on a white cover and it looks really bad. The material inside the door block is sewn together haphazardly and crooked, the black thread makes it more than obvious. We are still super happy with how it blocks noise from one room to the other and would recommend to anyone for this use.

Was unable to purchase x48 of your ceiling baffles because the black mounting strip could not be color matched to the rest of the panel. Not sure what the point is of offering colors/custom colors if you are unable/unwilling to paint the entire unit - you have to spray the panels anyhow.

Just purchased one of the sound absortion sheets. I noticed that the sound sheet only has the three mounting loops on one end when previously the loops were on both ends? The sound absortion sheets are also made thinner and shorter than previously? The sound absortion sheets need to be made thicker...
