Had the worst experience with

Had the worst experience with this product. 20 dry time is insane. Any corrections any mistakes you’re screwed. The kid did not come with a primer only etching. The primer would’ve saved my floor. The floor was prepared properly and etched the first layer very trends loosened. You could see the gray cement floor underneath requiring a second coat. To do a second coat you have to wait for the first coat to completely dry and since it’s shiny, I was told to sign down very well, which I did. Didn’t work. The second layer dissolved the first layer and peeled right off in certain areas. Now, since you only have 20 minutes, couldn’t patch up the damage with primer since the epoxy would dry in the bucket. Absolute nightmare I’m gonna leave it as it is now I’m probably gonna have to redo the entire floor again once it starts peeling up. Do not buy the fast drying epoxy and absolutely use a primer in between coats and especially to the bear cement.

Do not buy the 20

Do not buy the 20 minute dry time poly aspartic floor coat coating. You cannot properly code a floor in 20 minutes. It is impossible even with two people. No time to make adjustments and if you make it a mistake, you’re screwed. You will ruin your floor. I bought the kit it didn’t come with a primer so I thought I didn’t need a primer. Even though I thoroughly power washed and etched my cement floor , when applying a second coat it peeled off the first. I specifically called the company to ask what I need to do to the first code in order to apply a second or third. They said lightly a sand. Nope you need to prime. Sending there nothing able peel. I am so pissed. I spent so much money for shitty floor.

Epoxy did not bond to

Epoxy did not bond to primer. Called and emailed Armorpoxy they told me it was my fault because I didn’t wait 6-8 hours after primer. I emailed back with picture of instructions saying to wait 4-6 hours. Haven’t heard back. 0-10 would not recommend.

Good day, Could someone help

Good day, Could someone help me with product support and customer care regarding the above product in my order number. We have a problem with the product having bubbles after completing drying and curing. I have multiple areas that randomly popped up with bubbles after some light rain finally. The cement pad was power washed and dried for a couple days with no rain. It was applied with the proper roller and approximately 80 degrees outside. I didn’t get the second coat on because of weather and my schedule. Now because of the bubbles not certain how to proceed? I would send a photo but understanding that the server may not let it thru your emails. I’m confident that there’s some sort of adhesion problem or maybe some kind of issue that allows water to penetrate through the product. Any help would be appreciated. Respectfully Jim
