Cannot in good conscience recommend ArmorPoxy to anyone.
It started with ArmorPoxy not shipping me the proper amount of tint for the size of my project. By the time I realized this it was the night before I was going to install the product on the floor. I opened the boxes when they arrived, but I assumed the polyaspartic would come pre tinted since the tint wasn’t in the box. Everything else was there so I assumed it was correctly packaged. I had done all my prep work, grinding, cleaning, and was put on hold for a week for the tint to arrive. By the time it arrived, temperatures were too cold in my area to install the product.
I had contacted support for a few questions. Chris Baksys was the employee who I dealt with. Twice he said he would get me quotes for some products and said, “if everything looks good you can just purchase from the link I send you. ” Those links never came. I ask questions about products, those never got answered. Both times I had to call him back numerous times, asked the representative I talked to to have him call me. Chris never returned my call until I had to call back and specifically as for him several times. His response was, “I misplaced my notes, please remind me on what we discussed. ” Again, he said he would work on the quote right before we hung up the phone.
Because of ArmorPoxy’s mistake of not shipping the correct amount of tint, I have to wait until probably May of ‘25 until temperatures are consistently above 45 degrees F in my area. Plus spend more money renting a grinder again to give the floor a fresh grind after winter.
Will I recommend ArmorPoxy to anyone looking to install a floor system in their basement or garage? Never. Not until ArmorPoxy at least attempts to make this right.
