They were good at sending what I ordered and it was well packaged. It was a bit slower than I wanted it to be. There was a 5-10 business day wait before the product was even scheduled to get packaged and begin shipping. So, it was around 2 weeks after I ordered for it to show up

The good: Color looks amazing Customer service top tier The bad: High VOC Chipped already Not enough flake chips Smell lasts over 2 weeks Ordered 900sqft for 600sqft garage and still didnt have enough material Mostly upset about the quarter size chip after letting cure for over a week

order processing was late due to lot of heavy order

Product did not last. Would not purchase these again.

Do not buy. Does not work in the Bay Area as manufacturer said we should have installed when 70-75 degrees and less than 50 percent humidity. Bought a cheaper product for a fraction on the cost at Home Depot. But cost big $$$ to sand off the floor. Nightmare.
