This is the first time I've ordered online. I usually call but they were busy that day of course. Either way, I'm happy to be able to have products mailed to me since we're too far away to stop by. Everyone has always been courteous and helpful and my filters and chemicals arrived in a timely manner.

I have tried to email AND CALL you several times. no ability to get a hold of you. We love our Spa and are VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out that you do not check up on your service. 1-3 months ago. Had several repairs on our swim spa. It would work. Then after 2-4 weeks it just stopped heating, again. It has been so frustrating... all summer and fall we had several repairs and they never lasted. The technician kept changing the breakers and battery inside the machine that turned on the heat. It would eventually would dull and not work. It has been over a month and I'm SO frustrated. I feel that you did not fix the machine, YOU JUST BANDAIDED IT.that you sold us faulty equipment that does not work. Now I know why I see negative ratings on your site. PLEASE COME AND FIX IT. I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THIS SWIM SPA ONLY TRULY GAVE GOOD FUNCTION THE FIRST 9 MONTHS. AFTER THAT IT HAS BEEN HIT AND MISS. AND VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!
