Maeci was quick to respond and was very helpful and courteous. Due to a delay in shipping on part of my order (backorder), she was able to give me up to date info and reroute the Christmas present so it would arrive on time. Great service, especially on something that was out if their control!

Arctic spa store handled my return quickly and I was refunded within a few days. I had to send supplies back because my 12 year old tub was deemed to expensive to repair. So, I won’t be a return customer for a while but as soon as I get a new tub I will be back and I will be recommending the store to friends and neighbors.

We have only had our Arctic Spa for a few weeks, but so far we are enjoying it. It has functioned well and the one service call we had to make was answered promptly and was helpful.
