I never got an answer to my question

My question has not been answered and the situation has not been resolved. I still have a credit balance that I attempted to use, but have not been able to access. Not cool when the reason for the purchase was to take advantage of the credit. Now the credit has increased based on the latest purchase, but no apparent means to take advantage.

You e been out two times and still have not fixed my hot tub. No phone call nor text no show!! No nothing! Very disappointed with the company and the hot tub

Once again, the service department could not be reached by phone. I was able to internet chat with the customer service about the problem with my spa and an assurance the service manager would get back with me the next day. A week has gone by and no call. This has consistently been my experience with this department over the years.
