I called because I had several questions about my spa. I had to leave a message and my call was never returned. How can I rate my service when I didn’t receive any?

I got ahold of some one 3 weeks ago who said they would get back to me with price and install date. since then I left 2 msgs and 1 email asking to please contact me. still no response

I received an e-mail saying they were a local dealer in Utah but not answering my question as to the existence of a video re removal of the probe.

Takes too long for parts
I've been through 3 speakers on my new spa in the last 6 months. It takes easy too long to get the new one ordered! With this obvious flaw in the speaker system you'd expect them to have some in stock.

Service person came and left saying it’s an electrical problem with no explanation who to refer to or where to go for further evaluation. Disappointed.
